Sweetpotatoes are a warm season crop that can be a great options for vegetable gardeners in Tennessee because they perform well in our climate and seasons when well managed. However, their management is quite different than for Irish potatoes. So, this publication was developed to provide specific information to help gardeners select, plant, grow, harvest, and even store sweetpotatoes successfully in their residential gardens.
