Plants that are native to a region can provide significant resources to support wildlife due to the long co-existence of plant and animals species. For those who are interested in sustaining the local wildlife, then native plants can be an asset in the home landscape. This publication provides an overview of attributes to look for in selecting plants to support wildlife in the landscape as well as a range of tables to lead gardeners to possible plant selections.
