Many residents are choosing to incorporate edible plants, such as berries and fruiting trees, in landscapes that may have previously included only ornamental plants. While providing benefits in visual interest, food production and other areas, these landscapes can present more challenges in managing pests due to restrictions on control materials that can be used on edibles. This publication provides a listing of products, harvest intervals, modes of action and other aspects of homeowner accessible materials that can be used in managing pests in edible residential landscapes.
